Its key feature is the DuPont™ Sorona® insulation, which contains 37% renewable plant-based ingredients. This insulation offers effective warmth while being more environmentally conscious than traditional materials, using 30% less energy and producing 63% fewer greenhouse gases during manufacturing compared to nylon 6. The baffle construction and Sorona® fibres also provide good compression and recovery, allowing the jacket to be packed away compactly when not needed. Practical features include multiple storage options with two zipped hand pockets, one zipped internal pocket, and one zipped chest pocket. The adjustable hood, two-way front zip with internal storm guard, and adjustable cuffs help seal out wind and rain.
