We are not the seller of the products shown on the Service. Any purchase you make is with the retailer, not with Price Detector. Retailers are responsible for pricing, stock, fulfilment, delivery, returns, warranties, and customer service.

3. Pricing, availability, and product information

We aim to keep information current, but we cannot guarantee that prices, delivery costs, promotions, availability, product images, or descriptions are accurate or up to date at any given time. Always verify the final price and details on the retailer's website before purchasing.

4. Retailer links and third-party sites

The Service contains links to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

5. "Basket" feature

The basket is a convenience feature that lets you save products for later. It is not a checkout and does not reserve stock or lock in prices. Retailer links in your basket may change or become unavailable.
