The ADAM Audio A4V is an active nearfield studio monitor designed for accurate audio reproduction in compact studio environments and for short listening distances. As part of ADAM's A Series, it incorporates professional-grade components in a space-efficient form factor, making it suitable for music production, podcasting, mixing, and immersive multi-speaker configurations where detailed sound and precise imaging are essential. The monitor features a two-way design with a 4-inch Multi-Layer Mineral (MLM) fibre woofer for controlled low-end response and ADAM's proprietary X-ART (eXtended Accelerating Ribbon Technology) tweeter for detailed high-frequency reproduction. The tweeter is paired with a rotatable HPS (High-frequency Propagation System) waveguide made from a glass-fibre polymer compound, which ensures consistent sound dispersion. Onboard DSP (Digital Signal Processing) allows for flexible tuning and room correction, including integration with Sonarworks software for automated calibration. Connectivity includes balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA inputs, and the system is powered by a 130W RMS amplifier (110W woofer, 20W tweeter).
