What is included in the box?
The box contains the iO6 toothbrush handle, one round brush head, a magnetic charging stand, a travel case, and a 2-pin plug. A lithium-ion battery is pre-installed in the handle.
How does the pressure sensor work?
The handle features a visual pressure sensor. It lights up to give you immediate feedback: it signals if you are brushing too hard (which can damage gums), too soft (for ineffective cleaning), or just right for a safe and effective clean.
What cleaning modes are available?
There are five cleaning modes: Daily Clean, Sensitive, Whitening, Gum Care, and Intensive. You can select these via the button on the handle, and your choice is shown on the integrated display.
Is it compatible with other Oral-B brush heads?
The iO6 uses specific round brush heads designed for the iO series. It is not compatible with older Oral-B brush head designs like those for the Genius or Pro series.
How long does the battery last on a full charge?
Based on usage of two minutes twice per day, the built-in lithium-ion battery provides up to two weeks of use on a single full charge. A recharge indicator light shows the battery level.
How does the smart tracking with the app function?
The brush connects via Bluetooth to the Oral-B app. Using AI and motion sensors, it tracks your brushing in real-time, showing a map of your mouth to ensure full coverage and helping you improve your technique over time.
What is the warranty period?
Oral-B typically provides a 2-year manufacturer's warranty for their electric toothbrushes. It is advisable to register your product online and keep your proof of purchase.
