Bosch Series 2 60cm Telescopic Canopy Cooker Hood in Stainless Steel

The Bosch Series 2 is a 60cm wide telescopic canopy cooker hood designed for integrated installation above your hob. Its defining feature is the telescopic canopy, which extends outwards when in use to capture steam and odours effectively, then slides neatly back into the housing when not required. This creates a streamlined, built-in appearance that maintains a clean kitchen aesthetic. The hood is finished in stainless steel with a silver metallic lacquer, featuring a stainless steel handle strip with the Bosch logo for a cohesive look. Performance is centred around efficient and quiet extraction. It utilises a capacitor motor capable of a maximum extraction rate of 328 cubic metres per hour, which helps maintain clean air by removing cooking vapours directly at the source. Despite this power, it operates at a relatively quiet maximum noise level of 64 decibels. The hood offers two power levels for flexible ventilation control via rocker switches. For illumination, it is equipped with two energy-efficient 1.5W LED lights, providing a light intensity of 131 lux with a warm white colour temperature of 3500K. It includes two removable, dishwasher-safe metal grease filter cassettes to trap grease particles. This model is versatile, suitable for either ducted extraction to the outside or recirculating mode using charcoal filters (sold separately). It is best suited for kitchens where a discreet, integrated look is desired without compromising on extraction performance. The automatic on/off function, activated by extending or retracting the canopy, adds convenience. Its semi-built-in design, requiring specific cabinet dimensions, makes it ideal for planned kitchen installations or renovations where efficient space utilisation and effective odour management are priorities.
